Description
The Estrogen Pathway Profiling Kit is a UPLC–MS/MS research service for measurement of parent estrogens, estrogen metabolites, and selected estrogen conjugates involved in estrogen biosynthesis and metabolism.
This panel includes 12 defined analytes covering major estrogens, sulfated estrogens, hydroxyestrogens, and methoxyestrogens. It supports studies involving estrogen metabolism, endocrine pathway research, oxidative estrogen metabolism, methylation, sulfation, chemical carcinogenesis, preclinical models, and industrial research applications.
Each order includes analysis of 10 research samples. Sample matrices may include urine, serum/plasma, saliva, tissue, cells, extracts, and other biological or research matrices, depending on analyte class, expected concentration range, extraction method, and project scope.
GSL’s LC-MS/MS workflow is designed to provide sensitive, selective, and QC-reviewed estrogen pathway measurements with research-ready data reporting. Selected estrogen-derived DNA adduct biomarkers, expanded estrogen panels, and customized pathway configurations may be available upon request.
