Description
The Food Biomarker Profiling Kit is a UPLC–MS/MS research service for measurement of selected food-derived biomarkers, dietary exposure markers, and nutrition-related metabolites.
This panel includes 15 defined analytes associated with common dietary compounds, phytochemicals, botanical markers, and food-derived metabolites. It supports nutrition studies, dietary exposure research, food-product studies, botanical research, product-development projects, and archaeological residue investigations when applicable.
Each order includes analysis of 10 research samples. Sample matrices may include urine, serum/plasma, saliva, food extracts, botanical extracts, product extracts, archaeological extracts, and other biological or research matrices, depending on analyte class, expected concentration range, extraction method, and project scope.
GSL’s LC-MS/MS workflow is designed to provide selective, QC-reviewed analysis of defined food and dietary biomarkers with research-ready data reporting. Additional food, dietary, botanical, and archaeological residue biomarkers may be available upon request.
