Description
The Oxysterol Pathway Profiling Kit is a UPLC–MS/MS research service for measurement of selected oxysterols and cholesterol oxidation products involved in cholesterol metabolism, sterol oxidation, and related pathway biology.
This panel includes 8 defined analytes covering enzymatic and oxidation-related cholesterol metabolites. It supports studies involving cholesterol metabolism, oxidative stress, lipid oxidation, neurobiology, cardiovascular research, toxicology, preclinical models, and sterol pathway analysis.
Each order includes analysis of 10 research samples. Sample matrices may include serum/plasma, tissue, cells, extracts, and other biological or research matrices, depending on analyte class, expected concentration range, extraction method, and project scope.
GSL’s LC-MS/MS workflow is designed to provide selective, QC-reviewed oxysterol pathway measurements with research-ready data reporting. Additional oxysterols, sterols, bile acid precursors, and customized cholesterol-metabolism panels may be available upon request.
