Description
The Carcinogen Exposure & DNA Adduct Biomarker Profiling Kit is a UPLC–MS/MS research service for measurement of selected exposure biomarkers, reactive-metabolite products, and DNA adduct-related markers.
This panel includes 12 defined analyte categories and biomarkers relevant to environmental, dietary, tobacco-related, and estrogen-derived adduct biomarker research. It is designed for studies involving chemical carcinogenesis, toxicology, exposure biology, oxidative metabolism, mechanistic biomarker research, and pathway-specific adduct analysis.
Each order includes analysis of 10 research samples. Sample matrices may include urine, serum/plasma, blood-derived matrices, tissue, DNA extracts, and other biological or research matrices, depending on analyte class, sample preparation requirements, extraction method, and project scope.
GSL’s LC-MS/MS workflow is designed to provide selective, QC-reviewed analysis of defined exposure and adduct biomarkers with research-ready data reporting. Additional adducts, conjugates, exposure markers, and customized carcinogenesis-focused panels may be available upon request.
