Description
The Bile Acid Pathway Profiling Kit is a targeted UPLC–MS/MS research service for measurement of bile acids and bile-acid-related metabolites involved in liver, gut, microbiome, kidney, metabolic, toxicology, and preclinical research.
This panel measures approximately 34 bile acids, spanning major primary, secondary, conjugated, muricholic, and sulfated bile acid classes. It supports pathway-focused bileomics analysis for studies involving enterohepatic circulation, bile acid conjugation, microbial bile acid metabolism, liver-gut communication, steroid-derived metabolism, and tissue-specific bile acid distribution.
Each order includes analysis of 10 research samples. Sample matrices may include urine, serum/plasma, bile, feces, tissue, cells, extracts, and other biological or research matrices, depending on analyte class, expected concentration range, extraction method, and project scope.
GSL’s targeted LC-MS/MS workflow is designed to provide sensitive, selective, and QC-reviewed bile acid pathway measurements with research-ready data reporting. Additional bile acids, expanded bileomics panels, and customized configurations may be available upon request.
